This Shipping/Delivery Policy explains how PRIME COSTA SALES & RENTALS SL provides delivery and pickup services for rental vehicles. By booking a vehicle on our website, you agree to the conditions outlined below.


1. Delivery and Pickup Availability

Delivery and pickup are available every day, including weekends and holidays, with prior booking and confirmation.

Vehicles are delivered to and collected from the address, city, or airport you specify during your reservation.

Delivery is free for rentals of 5 days or longer.
Shorter rentals or distant locations may include an additional fee.


2. Location Requirements

Once the delivery and return locations are confirmed, they cannot be changed without our approval.
Please ensure all address details are correct at the time of booking.

If a change is requested, it may result in delays or additional charges depending on distance or availability.


3. Address Confirmation

To ensure smooth delivery, you must confirm your full delivery address and complete all required check-in steps at least 48 hours before the rental begins.

Failure to provide accurate or complete information may affect the delivery schedule.


4. Company Responsibility

PRIME COSTA SALES & RENTALS SL is responsible for delivering the vehicle on time and retrieving it at the end of the rental.

If unforeseen circumstances prevent on-time delivery (such as traffic incidents or mechanical issues), you will be contacted immediately and offered an alternative solution or a full refund if no suitable alternative is available.


5. Customer Responsibility

You must be present at the agreed delivery location at the scheduled time.

If you are late or not available, additional waiting fees may apply, or the delivery may be rescheduled depending on availability.
Repeated failure to be present may result in cancellation without refund.


6. Return of the Vehicle

The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and location.
Late returns may result in additional charges. The exact fee depends on the delay and the rental agreement.

In the event of a significantly late return, additional rental days may be charged.


7. Condition Upon Delivery and Return

Each vehicle is delivered clean, inspected, and in safe, roadworthy condition.

Upon return, the vehicle must be in the same condition, with normal wear accepted.
Cleaning fees, damage fees, or additional charges may apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty or with new damage.
