What do I need to rent a car?
You'll need to show us:
- A valid ID card or passport (you must be at least 18 years old).
- A Category B driver's license held for at least 1 year.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Cash
- Debit/credit cards
- Wire transfers (all currencies)
- Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and others)

Is a deposit required?
Yes.
A refundable deposit is required for every rental.
It’s returned within 24 hours after the rental ends.
Deposit can be paid in cash, card, or cryptocurrency.
Drivers under 24 may have a higher deposit.
Insurance & Security Deposit Policy
Security Deposit & Damage Responsibility
- In the event of a major accident, the full security deposit will be forfeited.
- For minor damages such as pothole damage, scratches, curb damage, or similar:The insurance franchise (excess)Plus the rental downtime (time the vehicle is unavailable while being repaired)
will be deducted from the security deposit.
Maximum Client Liability
- Regardless of the severity or total repair cost of the damage:The client’s maximum financial liability is limited to the security deposit amount.
- Even if the total damage value is, for example, €30,000, the client will never be charged more than the deposited amount (e.g. €3,000).
Important Notes
- All damages are assessed according to insurance and repair reports.
- Any misuse or violation of rental terms may void insurance coverage.
Delivery & Pick-Up Info
We normally offer free delivery and pick-up for rentals of 5 days or longer.
However, a delivery fee may apply if:
- Your rental is less than 5 days
- You're requesting a car located far from your location
(e.g., you're in Valencia but want a car that's based in Alicante)
Vehicle Return
Please return the vehicle on time, to the agreed location, and in the same condition as received (normal wear is fine).
If the car is returned late, to a different place, or in a situation where we must retrieve it, extra charges may apply.
You’re responsible for the vehicle until we officially check it in.
What’s included in the price
The rental price includes:
- Everything agreed in your rate
- Standard insurance with no hidden fees
- Theft and damage coverage
- Local taxes
There are no surprise charges — only what’s clearly stated in your rental agreement.
Use & Responsibilities
Please don’t modify or repair the vehicle without our approval.
Return it with the same fuel level unless you purchased a prepaid fuel option.
You must inform us immediately if:
- An accident occurs
- The vehicle is damaged
- Theft or vandalism happens
- Any mechanical issue appears
You are responsible for:
- Tolls
- Parking fines
- Traffic violations
If we must handle a fine on your behalf, the full amount plus an administrative fee (up to €100 per incident) will be charged.
In Spain, we cover fines related only to missing toll transponders.
Can I change my rental period?
Yes.
You can extend or shorten your rental at any time — simply reach out through any of our communication channels or use our Contact Page.
What if I have an accident?
Stay calm:
- If there are injuries, call emergency services at 112
- Move the vehicle to a safe place if possible
- Contact us right away — we’ll arrange transport and provide a replacement if available

Long-Term Rental Maintenance Policy
For long-term rentals (30 days or more), regular vehicle maintenance is mandatory and forms part of the rental agreement.
Mandatory Maintenance Visits
All vehicles rented on a monthly or multi-month basis must be brought to our main garage for scheduled maintenance.
Maintenance includes (but is not limited to):
engine oil change, oil & air filters, fluid checks, and standard safety inspections.
Maintenance Frequency
Maintenance is required every 4–8 weeks, depending on mileage, vehicle type, and manufacturer requirements.
The exact maintenance schedule will be communicated in advance.
Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for delivering the vehicle to our garage at the scheduled maintenance time.
This requirement applies regardless of the client’s location, including rentals located 100–150 km or more from our location.
We will cover all fuel expenses related to traveling to and from the scheduled maintenance appointment.
Maintenance Day Kilometer Policy
On the scheduled maintenance day, daily kilometer limits do NOT apply.
Kilometers driven solely for traveling to and from our garage for maintenance will not be counted toward the daily or contractual mileage allowance.
This applies to all vehicles, including sports and performance cars with limited daily mileage.
No Third-Party Maintenance
Third-party garages or unauthorized servicing are strictly prohibited unless approved by us in writing in advance.
Unauthorized maintenance may result in loss of deposit coverage and liability for any resulting issues.
Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with scheduled maintenance may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination of the rental
Additional charges
Client liability for mechanical damage caused by missed or delayed maintenance
Purpose of This Policy
This policy ensures:
Vehicle safety and mechanical reliability
Compliance with insurance and manufacturer requirements
Fair usage terms for both parties during long-term rentals
Vehicle Monitoring
All our vehicles include GPS, telematics, or tracking systems that collect information such as:
- Location
- Speed
- Tire pressure
- Fuel level
- System warnings
These help protect the vehicle and allow us to provide support when needed.
Telematics may use mobile or wireless networks, so full privacy cannot be guaranteed.
If you pair your phone with the infotainment system, some personal data may remain stored there. We do not access or collect this data, but please make sure all drivers and passengers are aware.
By renting, you agree to the use of these systems.

Traveling outside these areas is not allowed.
Yes. Anyone with a valid licence can drive the vehicle. Just send us a photo of their licence before the rental.
There are no extra charges for additional drivers.
