Refund policy

At PRIME COSTA SALES & RENTALS SL, we aim to provide a reliable and transparent rental experience. We understand that plans may change, so please review our refund terms below.
1. Reservation Cancellations
Free Cancellation (48+ hours before pickup)
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time receive a full refund.
Partial Refund (24–48 hours before pickup)
Cancellations made 24–48 hours before pickup incur a 20% cancellation fee.
The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
No Refund (less than 24 hours before pickup)
Cancellations made under 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
No-shows or failure to provide required documents (valid ID, driver’s licence, deposit payment) also result in no refund.
2. Early Returns
If you return the vehicle earlier than agreed, unused rental days are not refundable unless approved by our team in writing.
3. Vehicle Unavailability or Issues
If we are unable to provide the reserved vehicle, a full refund will be issued or you may choose an available alternative.
If a mechanical issue occurs during the rental and it is not caused by misuse, we will offer a replacement vehicle or a partial refund for unused days. The solution depends on availability and the situation.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following charges are non-refundable once the rental has started:
- Optional extras (GPS, child seats, etc.)
- Add-ons or insurance upgrades
- Fuel or refueling services
- Late return fees
- Damage-related costs
- Administrative fees for fines or violations
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
